The Glendale Foundation for the Retarded Endowment Fund The Glendale Foundation for the Retarded Endowment Fund was established in 1998 with a $5000 gift from Nanci and Roland Matthews. Now, the fund has grown to nearly $750,000. The fund is managed by the Financial Development Committee comprised of members of the Board of Directors of the Glendale Foundation for the Retarded.
